Jekyll Island Soccer Complex

From I-95 to Jekyll Island – From north or south take Exit 29. Head NORTH/EAST on Highway 17 (S Georgia Parkway). Travel 5.5 miles. Turn RIGHT onto the Jekyll Island Causeway (Downing Musgrove Causeway). This causeway will end on the East end of the Island at the Jekyll Island Convention Center. Turn RIGHT onto Beach View Drive. Travel 2.1 miles on Beach View Drive and arrive at Jekyll Island Soccer Complex on Left.

Glynn County Stadium

From I-95 to Stadium – From North or South take Exit 38. Head SOUTH on Golden Isles Veteran Memorial Parkway (25). Travel 4.4 miles. At this point you will merge onto US-17 South. Stay in the far right lane and immediately turn right onto 4TH STREET. Travel West on 4th Street for 0.5 miles and you will arrive at Glynn County Stadium on your right.

Glynn County Stadium:

No Physical Address (on 4th Street between Altama and Highway 17)

North Glynn Sports Complex

From I-95 to North Glynn Complex – Apparently maps of our area have not changed in a number of years. If you usually use services such as Google maps or other online services this might be the time to stop. The organizers of the tournament created the following directions.

From I-95 take Exit 38 and head SOUTH on Golden Isles Veteran Memorial Parkway. Travel 0.3 miles. The first road on your left just after the interstate is Glynco Parkway. Turn LEFT onto Glynco Parkway. Travel 1 mile on Glynco until you come to the first stop light. At the stoplight TURN LEFT onto Harry Driggers Blvd (again if you use GPS or other map searching devises this location may not show up at all, just trust us). After turning left onto Harry Driggers Blvd continue about 2 miles until you see the “Glynn County Recreation Department: North Glynn Complex” sign on your right. This is the location of the soccer fields. If you reach Highway 17 you have traveled to far, just turn around and look for the Soccer fields on your left this time.

North Glynn Soccer Complex:

LANIER FIELD

No Physical Address (on Stadium Street (also known as L street) between Highway 17 and Altama)

Directions from I-95: Take exit 38 South to GA-25 Spur. Turn LEFT on GA--25 Spur. Continue 4.7 Miles to US-17 North / Golden Isles Parkway. Merge to Right (South) and continue 1.5 Miles until you come to K Street. Turn RIGHT onto K Street and travel only 0.2 Miles. The road will change names on your GPS or other device but continue on the same road. Not even a half of a mile after you start on K Street you will see a baseball field on your left and directly after that is a Soccer/Football Stadium tucked back from the road on the left. Pull into the field and park.

To travel to Jekyll from hear you will exit the same way you entered heading back to Highway 17. Head South (right) on Highway 17 for 4.2 miles until you arrive at the Jekyll Island Causway on your Left. Follow the causeway to Jekyll Island.

BETWEEN VENUES

From North Glynn Complex to Jekyll Island – Two ways are almost exactly the same distance, one utilizing the Interstate and the other a more scenic route.
To get to Jekyll Island from the North Glynn Complex using I-95 you would reverse the directions above.

To get to Jekyll Island from the North Glynn complex using the more scenic route you turn RIGHT out of the N. Glynn complex heading east on Harry Driggers Blvd. Travel 1.9 miles and turn right on Highway 17 (heading south). Travel 12.9 miles and just after you cross the Sydney Lanier Bridge take a LEFT onto Jekyll Island Causeway. From hear follow the directions above to Jekyll Island Soccer Complex.

From North Glynn to the Stadium – From the soccer fields at north Glynn you should take a right on Harry Driggers Blvd and travel 1.9 miles to Highway 17. Turn RIGHT on Highway 17, heading SOUTH. Continue for 7.2 miles. Turn right at the light for 4th Street. Travel 0.5 miles on 4th Street. Arrive at Glynn County Stadium on your right.
